CookieMart provides NFC-enabled business cards, acrylic menu pads, and hosted business websites to clients. Each website subscription includes a custom-built, mobile-optimized website hosted on Netlify, unlimited updates, and 5 free NFC items (cards or pads) shipped to the client.
Website hosting is billed monthly at a custom rate, calculated using our online pricing calculator based on information you provide — including your estimated monthly clients, your average pricing for your top services, and your business type. This rate will never be less than $25 per month or more than $200 per month.
The estimate generated by the pricing calculator is non-binding and for informational purposes only. Your final monthly rate is confirmed at the time you submit your order, and CookieMart reserves the right to review and adjust a quoted estimate prior to confirming your subscription if the information provided was inaccurate, incomplete, or does not reasonably reflect your business.
NFC business cards and acrylic menu pads ordered beyond the included 5 free items are $15 per pack of 5, billed as a one-time charge. All prices are in USD.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges via Square at your confirmed rate until you cancel in accordance with Section 4.
Refund requests for website subscriptions must be submitted within 5 days of the initial payment. Refunds are not issued after the 5-day window or once website build work has begun, whichever comes first.
Physical products (NFC cards and acrylic pads) are non-refundable once produced and shipped. If your items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 14 days written notice via email to cookiemart001@gmail.com or via direct message to @cookiemartnfc on Instagram.
Cancellations submitted with less than 14 days notice will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
Upon cancellation, CookieMart will take the associated website offline at the end of the final paid billing period. The client will not retain access to the hosted site or its files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Digital deliverables (websites, digital menus) are typically completed within a timeframe communicated at the start of the project. CookieMart will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including delayed content or approvals from the client.
Physical products are subject to production time. Shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order. CookieMart is not responsible for carrier delays once items have been shipped.
Physical NFC items are shipped to the address provided during onboarding. It is the client's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. CookieMart is not responsible for items lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Re-shipment due to client error may be subject to an additional shipping fee.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback necessary to complete the project. CookieMart is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
The client represents that they have the right to use any logos, images, or content they provide to CookieMart for use in their website or digital products.
Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, the client owns the content of their website. CookieMart retains ownership of any proprietary code, templates, or design frameworks used in delivery. CookieMart reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Clients may not use CookieMart services to promote illegal activity, hate speech, or content that violates applicable laws. CookieMart reserves the right to terminate service immediately and without refund if a client is found to be in violation of this provision.
You agree to indemnify and hold CookieMart harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
CookieMart provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic, or revenue resulting from use of our products.
CookieMart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the 30 days preceding the claim.
CookieMart reserves the right to terminate service to any client who violates these Terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to make timely payment. CookieMart may update or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
